Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Corporate Customer Care

Job Summary
  • Respond to telephone & email customer service inquiries as part of a team within the Customer Service Call Center.
  • Interact with other Corporate departments & field locations to research shipment issues.
  • Trace shipments, provide bills of lading & proofs of delivery, etc., as requested by customers.
  • May include occasional coverage for receptionist.
  • Includes on-the-job training in Estes Customer Care guidelines.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed & detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish very helpful
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of AS400 system preferred
  • Prior transportation experience desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
